Worst customer service experience ive ever had
Took 16+ days for my package with tracking number 9349020111405130689958 to reach the Dallas facility.
Best experience I’ve ever had at any post office. Organized location but small. The lady was the kindest and went above and beyond to help me.
First time here , Angela was really professional and helpful. She guided me through the whole process for me to send my item!nExcelent costumer service from Angela.
Absolutely Terrible postal carrier wont get out of the mail truck to deliver the mail. tonight didn't even get to the neighborhood till 545pm but since we assumed they had already been by i parked in front of the mail box low and behold he hadn't come by yet. So since i parked in front of the mail box i didn't get my mail. so now i am left daily to either block my neighbors mailbox or park on a completely different street just so i can get my mail this is ridiculous. Since when did the post office take up the policy of the UBER or LYFT drivers and not get out of their vehicles. So how am i supposed to get my correspondence from the VA since the USPS will not deliver if they don't like how or where my vehicle is parked.
