Please be very mindful of this company. It is by far one of the worst agencies if not the only worse agency in the Dallas area. Do not be fooled by the Owner Tom V. or Rosa P. They promise you growth and failed to do so. The company is so un-organized and poorly managed. There are no benefits and poor pay, they expect you to learn everything in less than 1 week and if you have experience you will not get trained and any little mistake you will be put down like if it's the end of the world. This company is a family business and only the family gets the saying around there, if you dare go against them you will be fire you or you will be moved from your position. They love to micromanage! I have seen at least 10 plus employees stay less than 3 months and go because of Tom V. He will threaten you with no pay and termination if you don't do the things he says. Nurses please stay far away from here, they do not pay good for SOC. Other agencies will pay more trust me, unless you want to be harrassed then be my guest. Future Office Managers i will say the same thing, the family working there will tell you how bad of a company they are. If you don't believe me just look below at the reviews and how unprofessional they responded to a reviewer. They also do fraud!! Be very AWARE! I warned you ahead of time.

Worst Company to work for. Worst job I ever had. Unprofessional preceptors. Unreliable management. No feedback given when on orientation that is helpful. Their idea of orientation is to teach the nurse how to be a nurse. Don't waste your time. If I could rate with no stars I would. The owner harasses all his employees.

I have worked at this establishment for many years. This is a family owned business, operating since 1992. Owners are very open and communicate with all patients and truly care about the well being of the patients and employees, and always take the opportunity to help someone in need.

I worked for this company as an aide for my aunt a few weeks ago. The owners are very rude and verbally abusive. I collected one paycheck and left immediately. If they treat employees badly, I’m sure they don’t care about their other patients.

Lark Sanchez. I'll write in Spanish. When you needed work we gave you the opportunity even if you were a brute. So if you lie you had work, you never complained. YOU WERE THE WORST EMPLOYEE OF THE AGENCY. And you see that you are still a lambona. We are on our feet even though Edagar, Paul and others have tried to destroy us. Care life gives many surprises.
