I have been working for Senior care for a year now and I will have to say I have always felt like a member of the team. The staff is very friendly and empathetic with the staff. We all try our best to do whats best for the team and for our residents. Since Covid it has been exceptionally hard on everyone especially the residents. This team constantly comes together to make sure they do not feel as alone in the world.

My mother who is 92 has lived here for 4 years and I have to say has had excellent care.. Oh there were a few things I had to correct but that's typical.. Since they have changed owners it has gotten really good. Since covid they have had excellent care and are taking every precautions.. And have had very little outbreaks.. My mom is clean fed and they call me over every little thing.. I actually facetime her once a week on an employee's phone.. It may not be as pretty as some but the care is what I look at.... The people I've come to know up there are very kind compassionate and caring.. And during these times of uncertainty I want to thank every one of them for being the real hero's..

I have been working here for almost 7 years and I have really enjoyed working with some wonderful people. We are a family that cares about our residents and when the goings get tough, we come together to get things done.

Worst facility ever in my 15 years in the medical profession! The DON Jeff is a lazy being and should not have his license. The social worker Cristina or whatever her name is is lazy and will have your family missing important appointments! They have no form of communication! State of Texas you need to close this place down and revoke all licenses because these people do not care! They will lie on medical records and to the family to save their butts! Not on my watch!

Don't Even Bother Coming Here, ALWAYS VISIT FACILITIES, talk to other residents about food, care and facility. This is the most horrendous place I have seen. And I have seen horrible care of residents, utmost disrespect of these elders. PLEASE do NOT send your LOVED ONES here! I have proof and someone who is currently has someone there who can testify to each horrible review here. I would not even send my worst enemy here.
