Nice place, kind of hard to get too. The people and atmosphere and the sales woman that helped me was awesome.nnUpdated 21 DecnnI was in there looking for a new Air Filter kit a few days ago and the employee that helped me, apologize for not remembering his name, showed me all of the available options for my bike. He even went as far to show me the after market options as well. Great store and all my past experience everyone has been very friendly.

2020 update . Another Purchase (3rd bike)nAngel, Lance and Lindsey made me feel like I was picking up my Harley from family. Much respect for you all. Thank you for over the top effort, and treatment. Got the bike I wanted, and no regrets.nnI can't say enough to praise the service I received today, and for the past few years. Today I praise Spencer, and Jeff in service and Lance in sales. Together they made a situation that was uneasy to an exemplary experience that I was delighted with. I will keep returning for service at the Garland location. My next and third Harley will be purchased from them, as my current and previous were. Good job guys, all with dignity and respect. I recently was searching for a particular riding boot that has been very hard to find. I live in AZ and was suggested to call the Harley Shops in TX. When I called the store Crystal in clothing was very helpful and took my number. Later she called me back and said she found my size. She was so kind to offer sending me a photo just to make sure they were the right ones. Then she made the arrangements for me to purchase them and get them in the mail the next day. A BIG THAN YOU. I would like to acknowledge Nicole for an outstanding job!!! I came in looking for a specific size of jeans and asked if it was possible to order. Nicole and 2 other team members were talking and she said sure and began to call other dealerships to see if they had the size in stock. After several calls, she found 1 pair at 2 different dealerships and place the order at both. Once we were downstairs to pay out, Nicole looked around and everyone was busy so she completed the payment process. It was then I found out she worked in a different department than motor cloths. It is so refreshing to see someone willing to help a customer in anyway they can. Thank you so much for all your help Nicole!!!
