Every aspect of my experience with Neighborhood Moving and Storage has been a very good one. Someone from the company visited my home to take an inventory of what I would need to be moved and from there I was given a guaranteed estimate, which was quite reasonable.nThe movers showed up right on schedule on the day of my move, and were fast and efficient. It took all day to move me due to the fact that this was technically a long distance move (approx 150 miles) but I had every item moved without damage.nI highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a moving service, and will be calling on them again when I finalize the purchase of my house next year.

William G. was so easy to work with and sent us a great crew. Everyone we encountered with the company was fantastic. Our crew John G. and Jerry were amazing. They packed out whole house in 4 hours. We moved to a city about 2 hours away and they loaded the truck, drove and unloaded all in one day. With two kids and a dog it would have been impossible for us to do it on our own. Thanks Neighborhood moving company for such a great experience!

John G & Lee did and awesome job and were fun to work with. It made the stress of the move much easier on me. I really appreciated the help. I would highly recommend this company. Plus the office staff are really nice and called to check on me to make sure everything was ok. Very professional !!!!

They are horrible. I have video of them dropping things, smoking instead of working, and sitting in the truck for 15 min instead of delivering our furniture to our house. They broke an executive desk, which they did not reimburse. They also did not return the money that they were supposed to refund because they did not work for the full amount of time. When we called about this, they said the owner’s wife handles all the refunds, and that she’ll call us back. 3 months later still no phone call. Even after repeated attempts of us calling them, they kept giving us the run around! Don’t use them! RIP off! Spread the word to never use them! Save your money, there are better companies than neighborhood movers!
