I tried working with A-1 locksmith but decided to look elsewhere after very poor response times and lack of attention to detail. The locksmith that was trying to help me lost interest in helping us find the right color and brand of lock and sent me back to “dispatch” who never called. I wasted days trying to work with them and waiting for them to call back. I wouldn’t recommend.

Very unprofessional!!! Do NOT call them unless you want to be left waiting outside your home and no one shows up.

Thanks to Junior for coming to our home in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic to service our lock dilemma! Our storm door lock jammed and we could not let our pets out - and this was huge dilemma! Junior came out - very professional and followed all safe protocols and got the latch to retract on our Anderson Door! Awesome job Junior! Bling Blinky of TEXAS Shout Out: You made our day Junior!!
