My family has Been going here for years and for the most part it’s an OK place to get a color and cut and men/boys haircut. But today, my brother went to get a haircut and one of Monica’s new ladies completely messed up his hair. His hair line was soooo high and she tried to hide it. His edge up looked like a zigzag and when we went to complain about the final result the owner didn’t seem apologetic AT ALL, didn’t offer a refund, and tried to lie to our faces by saying it was a “good haircut”. She’s been their for years I know she knows what a good boys/men’s haircut looks like and that was NOT IT. If you’re a woman looking for color or cut they do a good job but if you’re trying to take your boys or get a men’s hair cut this is NOT THE PLACE.
Been coming here since I was a kid I’ve never gotten my haircut at another place I always come here. Love the staff, amazing service, amazing place!

Made an appointment for a haircut with “Isi” and here I am... 35mins after... waiting outside for the salon to open!! So unprofessional!
