I've been going to see Hilda at New Beginnings for almost 30 years. In all that time I've had nothing but excellent cuts, perms, and highlights. She has never let me down! I highly recommend this salon and would give it 10 stars if I had more options.
I only treat myself to hair care once a year, so I like to go to a great place. Hilda was amazing. She listened to my desires and considered my lifestyle to get the best for me.
