Twice in two weeks, we've come to this location and both cases closed. No sign on the door and it's confusing because the temp hours posted do not suggest any days as closed. There also isn't any indicator as to when, if, they'll reopen. It's a shame because I really liked one of their stylists.
I checked in online before my visit and had no wait! I was greeted by Cynthia when I came in and she got right to work cutting my hair. She asked what I wanted and was patient in listening. She did a great job on my cut and was very kind. She even made sure it was what I wanted once she was finishing up, and asked if I needed anything else. Used to love this place and never had a bad experience that is until the other day when around 5pm after getting off work. When I walked in I wasn't even greeted or acknowledged all the lady did was barely look at me as she continued to cut the customer's hair she was cutting while conversing with that customer. It wasn't like it was even remotely busy. Besides the person who's hair the lady was already cutting was like 2 other people one in a chair already and the other looked to be waiting on one those 2 people. Least the employee could've done was greet me and see what i was there to get done. So I ended up walking out and leaving.
