I have been going here for years and have always been very satisfied. However, two days ago my sister and I went to get manicures and pedicures and while the pedicures were great the manicures were not. My sister got a design on her nails and I asked for the same exact thing and got something completely different. I got plain pink nails with tips that I did not want. I don't usually get my nails done so I had no idea what was going on but when they finished it was not what I had asked for. The design was perfect on my sister's nails but it started to fall apart the next day. Not very happy as we were getting our nails done for a wedding.
Katie did a WONDERFUL job on my dip powder manicure! She was so sweet and precise with everything that I wanted done. Five stars!

Don’t come in here Unless you want THEM to choose what they want to do on YOU. They will literally add an extra $5 for anything it’s ridiculous. I went in not too long ago to get a NEW set and HE did as he pleased and gave me just a fill when I wanted a whole new set. My nails were already grown out enough but he did as he wanted not as I wanted.
I don't like getting pedicures usually but I'm currently getting one and Cheryl is PHENOMENAL! She is kind, gentle, and precise. She is absolutel SPECTACULAR AND should definitely get a raise. I can't speak for everyone but Cheryl alone makes the place 5 stars!
