Ingrown was very well taken cared of. The tech demonstrated confidence, experience and expertise The massage and exfoliating service is very good, nothing tentative nor tepid about it. I came in yesterday to get a full set and pedicure. The wait was less than 5 minutes and I was able to receive my services at the same time. Which is always a plus! During the shaping of my nails I was burned several times with the electric file then burned/cut with the manual file while the manicurist was shaping my nails. She stated this was due to me requesting a coffin shape. I’ve NEVER had a issue with getting burned and cut due to this shape. After she finished she tried to put oil on the bleeding cuts which I declined, they were already burning as is. 4 of my fingers now have visible, painful, small paper cut like cuts on them. When my husband asked if she was giving a discount due to seeing my fingers bleeding the manicurist got an attitude and said no, which was fine because due to her lack of professionalism and skill I will not be returning anyways.
Michelle and Lynn always do such a great job on my nails, and I love the customer service ❤
The best place to get a pedicure. Relaxing environment, great bar & the nail techs are awesome. I have always left here completely satisfied with my service.
