Very helpful and friendly staff! Thank you for always taking care of my issues. Always welcoming to everyone! thank god for this store! Never going to a different location ever! Also love how the manager Samantha is always interactive with all her customers and employees.

When it comes down to technology I'm a zero I was completely lost did not know what to do but the staff of cricket wireless Samantha Alexis and Michael on pioneer went above and beyond to make my technology experience as painless as possible. I will highly recommend this location and I strongly believe they should be compensated for the knowledge that they obtain in today's technology world and great customer service to the community. Again thank you so much Samantha Alexis and Michael for making it a great experience I will be back. God bless

I went today to cricket to get my son a phone I had outstanding customer service from Michael and Samantha they both gave me a good deal on a phone. I want to say way to go guys keep up the good work

Customer service is awesome! They know a lot about the phones and can recommend one that fits your needs (not based on price)! Crickets service is awesome too!!

Not so bad, just make sure you get a good understanding and ask questions. Most if the time service is good.
