Worse experience with these people I received a package that was suppose to be my daughters bracelet for valentines. And the sender said package received! When I went to check the mail the little envelope was there OPENED! I live in apartments so no one opened it and just left it . It had to of been them. The envelope was sealed it cut on the side that’s just sad that they employ people like that. I know it’s pleasant grove but how disgraceful
This is the second time my package has not been delivered within a month. The mail is scanned as no access to location and they leave the packages at the front office, then I’m told it’s sitting at the post office and I can go pick it up, and turns out it’s not, that’s it’s “been sent back to company” nobody knows they’re packaged has arrived cause it’s not delivered to them! According to the girl at the office they say that there is no apartment number, which is insane because my account with USPS has my whole address! I’ve filed disputes and NOT ONE PERSON HAS REACHED OUT TO ME! worst service ever. This location should be shut down. There’s other small businesses that deliver better than y’all thieves.
Put the status of a package as delivered but didn't leave it. I have opened three cases with USPS about the missing package. This location says they have the package on the phone but when the recipient went in for their package they were told it wasn't there. I shipped it December 14th. Still missing January 9th when it says delivered December 21st.
IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD! ..Customer service is horrible to say the least if you can even reach them..packages never delivered on time..they mark them delivered when they are not..constantly having to try to search for and track down my packages..I’m shocked this post office is still allowed to keep its doors open. Something should be done about it.
Scheduled a pick up from mailbox online. Delivered my mail but didn't take my pick up request smh. Thankfully I was able to drop it off at the Balch Springs location 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING smh. Also the mail clerks at the Buckner location don't wear masks sometimes smh.
