I purchased 2 gifts cards for a friend's birthday last month, I placed the cards in a birthday card and proceeded to the Balch Springs post office on 1-27-2021. The associate at the counter was super rude, wasn't knowledgeable about postage prices, and I believe she either purposely misplaced or just didn't mail my package. My friend has not received the gift cards to this date, which is 2-17-2021. I lost my receipt; therefore, I'm unable to track the package because it was mailed 1st class. I know the package was stolen and I've filed a complaint with the United Postal Service Fraud Department. If it was an issue with the address or postage it would have been returned by now.
I always enjoy visiting this post office. I prefer this location to either the Buckner or Mesquite branches.nJacob is always so kind and friendly, I am an artist and ship paintings to clients across the country, and he always asks to see a photo of the painting I am shipping. He always asks how my family is doing, and makes an otherwise boring task memorable.
I always get what I need at Balch Springs PO.nYou would think the parking spots are not enuf BUT the purpose is served b/c when your svcs are met, get outside everybody's gone. The postal workers are about business, and they are courteous and friendly.
Order me some contact lenses. Showed they were delivered on the 23rd of January but never made it to MY HOUSE (Where is my package)ud83dude21
Parking lot is kinda crummy and small pavements is not up to par!! The can use some security arrangements!!
