Reached out to the Balch Springs Police Dept. for help with my child. Needed to know what options if any did I have concerning my child and violence. Officer Moseley is the Officer that showed up. First off let me say this I didn't know what to expect when they arrived. Officer Moseley was very kind and listened to me. Not once did he make me feel as if my call was not important enough or that I was a bother. He answered my questions and gave advice. I would like to tell him Thank you for handling this the best way. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. Thanks for the reminder that there are good officers out there and you are one of them!!! Thank you

This place has no help. And no care about their people. Their to busy to answer calls. Help people. 1 honey bun at 6am, 1 bologna sandwich at noon, 1 bologna sandwich if your lucky at night.and this place is super racist.

Last night my husband accidentally left my wallet on top of his car and this morning when he was on my way to work it flew off onto 635. I tried to retrieve the wallet myself but it was clearly unsafe, so I had whet to the Balch Springs Police Department for help. Everyone was so nice and the officer who help me found my wallet. I was so happy I forgot to get his name. But THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My husband and I were pulled over for speeding on beltline right in front of ac new middle school. The officer was incredibly rude and hostile for no reason. I am disabled and have severe anxiety and autism. Due to the officers behaviour I began physically hurting myself. I had 3 seizures on the way home and it took my husband over 3 hours to calm me down. If you expect civilians to treat officers politely and with respect you can't come at everyone reckless. You don't know what their situation may be. I will be making a formal complaint.

Hopefully when justice is served your incompetent, racists police department will be bankrupt and have to be closed. I see you guys are great at making videos, can u make a training video on how not to racially profile black folk? or murder innocent kids? Or falsify police reports? Or withhold evidence? Or not planting evidence? Or firing racist officers? Or not covering up crimes?nPlease immediately stop serving and protecting us as you call it! Just know that we are fed up with your BS and will not tolerate it anymore! You understand me boy?
