Received very poor service from Mark FernandeznHe made to many promises and didn't not come thru once we were in court. Did not even introduce himself to me to let me know he was my attorney just approached me and let me know my options I was being offered. I did not feel he could do anything for me. He didn't try , or care . He doesn't make you feel like he's sure of what he can do for you. He never came to speak to me to view my options was better off representing myself . I asked if he could get all my back time and get approved for my 80/20 . He didn't even know what that was for someone who claims he's been doing this for 15 years. I do not recommend this firm. If he would've my case any interest and helped me out. I wouldn't of done so much time.

As I hired this lawyer, he promised to bail my wife out of county so she won't go to prison but failed to deliver the promise once he received the deposit and to top it off he didn't know what was a backtime. He would sound unprofessional so I don't recommend him to anyone.
