At your own risk. This is my experience. I went to get my tips and bangs. The customer service was nice but when it came to the hair cutting it went terrible. I asked her to only cut 2inches. My hair is very long it was to my collar bone. She cut all the way up to where my bust is.... I was very un happy with my hair cut.
