My eyebrows are thin. They got waxed where they've never been waxed before. Nails had bubbles in them. I didn't complain at the time because what was done was done. I just knew I was never visiting this shop again.
They were very rude unprofessional and not very clean. They skipped over me 3 times waiting to get my nails done and when I asked they told me to sit and wait for someone each time I waited and still was skipped over
I’ve been going to this nail shop for years.. I only rated them a 3 because Nancy the eyelash tech. She is awesome! But the nail tech, his nail is Redd, he is sooooooo rude and unprofessional. I have taken my business elsewhere.
Loved the store and had been a loyal customer until the service of the young male technician. Careless manner with an attitude. Would not come back.
