Very horrible, ruined my daughter's hair showed them a picture of what we wanted and not only did they ruin the color of her hair the cut was so bad we have to get it fixed elsewhere and her beautiful long hair will not be anywhere as near as long as it was, very upset by my experience and wish there was something that could be done about this...
