Mission City Indian Motorcycle

Visiting from Idaho for work and we like to snag dealer tees wherever we go. The staff greeted us and took us right to what we needed. Good selection of tees and dealer poker chips. Checkout was quick and easy and very friendly. Upon trying to leave our rental car developed a battery issue. While we waited for the owner to come by the mechanic at Mission City checked our key fob battery, the car battery, and grabbed his jump starter and extension cords to give us a hand. Omar? I didn't ask your name but you went above and beyond to help us out, we got back on the road and even though we were too late today to visit other dealerships I will always remember the experience and service at Mission City Indian Motorcycle.

I have recently purchased a new bike from Mission City Indian. I started by shopping online like most of us do now days. I reached out to multiple local Indian and Harley dealers. Very few got back to me in a reasonable amount of time or at all. Christina from Mission City was one that got back to me fast. From the beginning she was friendly, supportive and educational. She was not after the hard sell. I then visited the few dealers that contacted me. Service is by far more important to me than “the deal”. Just with a walk through, I was able to eliminate all but 2. Mission City’s walk through mirrored my online experience. I was not ready to purchase quite yet and was up front about it from the beginning. Christina stayed in contact with me and never once pushed the sale. When I was ready, about 10 weeks later, she was there for me. I decided to rent 2 different models for a day each to get a solid realistic test drive. Mission City offers this service and again Christina was there to get me through the process. She helped me to make my final decision and we closed the deal comfortably for me. I added on some accessories with the sale. Their parts and service team were also very professional and friendly to work with. As there is in any large purchases, there was a small speed bump. Christina and the MC team identified the issue before I did. They were quick to point it out to me and let me know how it was going to be resolved before I even asked. Their honesty and ownership made it a non issue for me. It was resolved as promised with no effort needed from me. I love my new 2021 Indian Challenger Dark Horse and will continue my relationship with Mission City Indian.

My wife had her eye on the new 2022 Super Chief Limited so we went to see the one they brought in the showroom a few weeks ago. Adam was great and patient, Christina is amazing to deal with, and Nick and everyone else we're just awesome. We put a deposit that same day and were told no eta for the motorcycle but probably a month or two. Three weeks later we get a call it's in and ready. Of course we were excited but had planned to save a bit more for the down payment so we didn't have to stress about financing too much. We filled out the online application and showed up the next morning. Christine worked her magic and got it all done quick and simple with the extended warranty and gap coverage. Way less stressful than buying a car.

Update: I made my Chief purchase last Thursday! Christina made the financing process easy, painless, and super fast. I couldn't believe how quickly we were approved, way faster than any car process I've ever had. If I were to purchase another motorcycle, I wouldn't hesitate to come back and work with her again.nnAdam helped me on the floor today, he's a great guy. If he didn't know an answer to a question, he was super quick to find me one. Christina is also amazing! I loved coming in today and working with them. The store was clean and the layout with all their bikes were great. We will be back soon to close our sale. I would definitely recommend these guys and gals if you're interested in an Indian.
