Note that the ride-sharing stand is by lot 5. After a game, this place is a nightmare to escape. The traffic control outside the arena seems designed to make ride-sharers regret their decision to not pay for parking. The traffic control seems to go out of its way to send Uber and Lyft in the wrong direction, and patrons wind up waiting 30-45 minutes for what should be a 5-minute wait. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that the traffic control folks do not have a common set of instructions on guiding ride shares to lot 5.
