Went and got a massage with my mother in law. Absolutely fantastic. It was my first massage and I wasn’t sure what to expect but everyone was very very nice and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and the massage was amazing! Love it and will definitely be back!
I absolutely love working here. The staff is great and so is management! One of my favorite things about working here is that the schedule is a set schedule so you don't have to worry about when you are suppose to come in each week. Also if you need time off they are very flexible. I would highly recommend this place for any services or future employment.
I have been working at this location for a little over a month and i am so happy to be a part of this amazing company! The managers are amazing at helping, communicating and they are great examples. we all strive to give our customers their best experience, and we are amazing at customer service!
Unprofessional and worst customer service ever! I'm shocked! I called to make an appointment for myself and 2 clients. The young girl I spoke to was so rude and acted like she hated her job. I thought this was a normal request for competent people, but apparently not. You'd think I asked her to do something awful. She was annoyed and didn't know how to do it, but not sure why this was too difficult? She stated I'm hanging up, so you'll have to talk to someone else and ended the call. Then refused to answer the phone. I'm cancelling my membership and will never use their services again!
I have really enjoyed my time working here! Management is kind and works great with my school schedule. The staff is also flexible and considerate and works very well together. This is a positive environment to be in and guests are always impressed by the cleanliness of the clinic.
