ALCON,nToday I experienced the worst customer service from the sales clerk working the post office side on 6 Apr 2021 at around 1:30. This woman could use some serious customer service training. She has a horrible attitude, appears to be miserable and doesn’t seem to care about customers. Why does this post office feel so run down? I feel dirty just standing in there.
Was not a post office at all...drove 20min with a screaming baby just to find out I couldn’t send a package to my deployed husband. It’s basically a place to take letter mail. We just moved to the city so we had no idea it was the closest “post office” that popped up on google maps. It’s a section of a flower shop with two outgoing mailboxes outside.
Going to this place is actually really fun for me. It’s in a cute little shopping center and it’s inside of the flower shop. They do the simple service of mailing my stuff out which is all I need. The people behind the counter are always really sweet and I like the aesthetic.
THIS IS NOT A USPS POST OFFICE. They just accept drop-offs. They do not scan items or hand you receipts for packages shipped off. I don't understand why they're allowed to fly a USPS banner. Go to a real post office on Potranco, Bandera, or Medical Center.
