good people but slow service
They seem to lose car payments they leave you waiting in the drive-through for 45 minutes while I look for them. I can’t even get them to come to the window to get my drivers license back. I left my driver License there so I can go pick up my kids. This is not the first time they’ve lost payments. I am looking for another place to do my banking
Just had the teller challenge me with depositing a check because my Wife didn’t counter sign, meaning she refused to deposit the check (this has never happened in 10 years with Chase). Mind you this was after she spent 10 minutes putting her makeup on at the actual teller counter. Also been waiting 20 minutes to see somebody about closing an account, 3 employees aimlessly walking around, they must be “busy.” Never been so motivated to end a business relationship despite 10 years of being with Chase.nnUpdate: Went home, had my Wife countersign the check. Went back to the branch, another employee deposited the checks without looking at the signatures. Love having my time wasted, keep it classy Chase.
Bank closed even the drive through aside from the atm. No notices going out about this. Got to pull up to see a posted notice needing to deposit a business check.
