They don't try to help at all you call the phone number to talk to them they never answer so you can't even set an appointment they want you to wait hours upon hours for you just to close a safety deposit Box.

terrible front desk.9/92019.I went to start an account and asked for Arlene whom I talked before(she knew all my details ) .The lady in the front desk did not like when I asked for Arlene and I ran off seeing their attitude.Went to chase bank on the opposite side of the road and started my business account.Get lost guys, ,,,,,you lost a good business.The people in the front desk or any desk should under stand that they represent the company.I may not remember their face again. But I will remember RBFU. Understand a basic courtesy of smiling and talking with a welcoming attitude.People can be poor ,rich or any race.But this is business and the customer is the king.Two people who was sitting there Man and a woman who had similar attitude.If you want see gentleman business, go to chase bank opposite to your office just interact with any one.Chase is much bigger bank than yours and what make the difference is the employees there.

I am so upset beyond words right now, and thanks to Rbfcu’s horrible staff and customer service reps I will be canceling all my loans and accounts with them. Unbelievable how something as simple as a debit card can become such a problem for them

Global pandemic and a shelter in place ordered by the city and there is still an entire department of non-essential personnel not being given the option to work from home, except of course their managers who have been home for weeks. Such a blatant prioritization of the health and safety of leadership, and an oversight with potentially serious consequences for our families. It's disgusting.

Terrible teller service, slow as can be. Unannounced business charges even with upgraded account. Archaic web services, the list goes on and on. Don’t do business with these yahoos.nIn addition they lump deposits together and don’t show scans of checks deposited when deposited at the branch, and the online app only allows for $5k max deposits a day.nWhat a disgusting service, I’ve filled out your online survey, go find that memes services if you really care.
