I can not say anything but great things about Scott, Liz, Craig, and Debbie. From day one they all treated me with respect and in a professional manner. I have been to several different physical therapy organizations over the year for other injuries. However, this was this first time that I did not have a choice to where I went for treatment as it was from a work injury. Scott has never once treated my any different for what I observe everyone at STAR - Franklin Team East treats other patients. I have been blessed to have the privilege to have met the Team and receive the care which I am receiving. Scott has never once questioned my injury or how and what I am feeling. Debbie is always so happy and friendly when you arrive. I observe Craig every visit the some professional manner and treatment which Scott and Liz provide to their patients to his patient that he is treating. Thank you Jennifer Law

Highly recommend. I am receiving treatment for back problems and my son went to this facility after foot surgery. They are top notch. Scott worked with my son and me and I've also worked with Craig. We've worked on alleviating the pain and then building strength. Great guys and staff that really seem to know what they're doing. Very happy to have found this place.

I recently had knee surgery that required 4 weeks of Physical Therapy. I honestly chose this office because of proximity to my home but I quickly discovered that I had hit the jackpot with these guys.nFirst, the staff made me feel very welcome on my first visit. From the check in procedure to scheduling, everything was smooth and easy. If I needed to make adjustments, they were always willing to work with my schedule.nScott, the therapist was professional, kind, personable but also worked to make sure I pushed myself toward my goal of discarding my crutches. He obviously has many years of experience, and it shows. I was honestly sad that my four weeks of PT ended, I so enjoyed the time chatting with the other patients and getting back to my normal self.nI would absolutely recommend this office to anyone in need of Physical Therapy. Obviously there are many options in the area .....pick this one, you’ll be glad you did!
