When I 1st started coming to Chris I had a hard time lifting things overhead without shoulder pain. He evaluated me and put together a game plan to get mobility and strength back in my shoulder.nMy experience was great! Chris designed workouts and stretches for me to build strength and get flexibility back in my shoulders. That not only helped with my pain but it also prevented me from causing more injuries as I continued with my regular workouts.nChris came highly recommended by several of my coaches who had also been to see him for pain that they had. I can proudly say that I no longer have any shoulder pain and because of Chris arming me with the knowledge of continuing to care for it on my own, I am confident that I will remain pain free moving forward. I would highly recommend Momentum Sports and Performance to anyone I know that needs an Excellent PT. Thank you Chris!

Dr. Beavers is thorough, competent, and spot on! He’s been helping me with back and abdominal pain that I’ve dealt with for years. I appreciate his personable approach. In addition to performing the physical therapy he listens to your goals and he teaches you about how your body operates. All these things combined make Dr. Beavers someone that you want on your team to help you reach your fitness and mobility goals.

After dealing on my own with lingering knee pain that kept me out of the gym for months, I decided to get professional help. I called several places, but when I spoke to Chris I knew he was the one. He took time to truly understand my issues, my history, my goals and he tailored a PT program that eliminated my pain in just a few short weeks. Now I’m back at the gym 5 days a week and am pain free. Chris regularly reached out via text to check-in between appointments and always took the time to address my questions. I’ve had a few PT experiences, but none like this. I highly recommend Chris!

Came to Chris with shoulder pain and the possibility of a partially torn bicep tendon, which was confirmed. I was unable to do ring dips or ring muscle ups without pain. Overhead stability was not there and overhead movements felt weak. 6 sessions and 2 1/2 months of rehab work with Chris I am able to do multiple sets of dips and ring muscle ups without pain. All while continuing to train at a high intensity.

I found Chris on Facebook. I'm a 69 year old male whose been a desk jockey all my career. I've never had much of a weight problem so I had become very sedentary. When I retired in January I knew I needed to do something to get into better shape and relieve some of my chronic aches. Chris developed a highly customized program for me that was perfect for my situation. I got stronger and my endurance increased. His programs challenged me but was very sensitive to little aches and pains that developed. I highly recommend commend him and found him very personable and knowledgeable of human physiology.
