EDIT:nnWow! They can't take a one-mile detour to deliver to my entire apartment complex, for multiple days in a row. If these people were ANY private delivery service, their business would have died off and been forgotten years ago.nnAbolish the antiquated USPS once and for all.nn--------------------------------nnCool. I pay for a tracking number on a very important money-related document and find out later that the number never existed in their system.nnDoes it matter that their own machine generated this number and printed it on my receipt? Nooooooo, of course not.nnSorry, I'm just.... I'm disappointed. I expected so much more from USPS.
Twice I sent my mail next day delivery and, it took two days both times. Next time I'm gonna try FedEx
Package delivered to wrong address which makes the fourth time this year!! I have been trying to call for over an hour absolutely no answer. This is extremely frustrating.
Summer was very helpful in helping us get a po box as we are moving from out of town. The first lady we dealt with said she understood, but really she did not. Summer was five stars, the first lady got no stars, so I settled on four stars. The line was long.
Staff was very friendly & efficient. Office was clean.
