After dealing with another funeral home which lacked any resemblance of communications skill (we had planned my father's funeral almost a week before he finally passed and they dropped the ball the day my father actually passed) we were referred to All Families at the last minute.nnVernon and his staff did an amazing job. They had 1.5 days to not only plan the funeral, but to also pick my father up in Houston and transport him to their Burke facility, then prep him and arrange the mortuary. They literally had less than 48 hours. But they made it happen and our entire family and all of our friends were really impressed with the service, as well as the level of personal attention we received. The price couldn't be beaten either and the funeral rivaled that of other, higher priced facilities we had previously looked at.nnThank you so much Vernon, Mrs. Margaret, Meghan and the rest of the staff. We were treated with the utmost respect, dignity and kindness during our time of need. We are forever grateful to you all!
