Our first experience with this funeral home was more than satisfactory. The staff was very helpful, respectful, and communicated at each step of the way. 2 months later another close family member passed and we chose McNutt again. Completely different service. Staff was still kind and respectful, but we have yet to get a phone call, we have to initiate each step of the process. This is a difficult time and funeral homes should be on top of each task that needs completing and communicating that to family along the way. I don't know what changed in 2 months, but it is not the same service it was.
Great group of people. I have had to use them twice. Cheapest prices I could find. They give you more than what you pay for and have several options if you desire. I can't say enough about them. I personally will have them do my funeral as well.
Respectful, courteous, and reasonably priced. They took care of all of our needs in a difficult time. Recommended to all my friends and family.
