Absolutely worthless when it comes to any problem with the services you pay for, when you call it’s rude responses and “we can’t do anything for you” absolutely pathetic service from people who are paid from our taxes. Administration needs to be watching these people, many people I know and I’ve seen have been stolen from monthly by these people and refuse to do anything about it.
I like City Hall a lot.
New home (built) owners in the area. City has done nothing but make the process lengthy and difficult. Paper work errors and LONG delays because the appointed manager wasn’t even at his job for several days. If you have the opportunity, live in Pleasanton instead.
