Took them a nice watch that needed some major repair, done very quickly and reasonable repair pricing. I hope I don’t need any additional watch repairs but I am convinced they are the best in the business and did great work. Highly recommend.

I needed 2 watch batteries replaced, but I wasn't even sure they would be open. Thankfully they were open and got both batteries changed in about 5 minutes. However, they charged me $30 - $15 for each watch. I've been here several times in the past, and never paid more than $8. It just seemed like a lot to pay.

I've used SJR a couple of times and they are great. Very friendly and seem to truly enjoy what they do. Curtis (watch repair) was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly when addressing a vintage watch that needed repair. I'll use them again and again.
