We think it's about the worst excuse for a business you could run ! Can't depend on them to be open and we had an appointment confirmed one time with no one there. Corporate won't even let store have an bc answering machine, so there are never any recordings to tell you what's going on ! Stay away ! We're now worried about warranty work ?

Fantastic customer service. General Manager Charles Brown was phenomenal! We stopped by for a routine cleaning & inspection for wedding rings and also had a Gucci timepiece that had a broken clasp. Within just a few minutes everything was fixed and sparkled like new. We recently moved to the area and nice to go to a place where people actually care about the customer. We left that day with a new friend! Thanks again Charles Brown and staff for your help and time.
