Horrible experience. I shop at a different (wonderful) loft regularly and couldn’t believe how indifferent the employees of this store were in comparison. I had been browsing for at least 20 min, picking up items to try, and not a single employee greeted me. The only reason someone talked to me was because I asked them a question. Even then, they just tried their hardest not to help and to get away. The associate in the fitting room had no interest in helping swap sizes, etc.

They only seem to carry mediums in tops. Unlike the Loft website, this store only carries up to size 14 in bottoms. Well organized except some clearance, which is vaguely organized by colors not sizes.

I have such an awesome experience every time I visit this loft location (which is like once a week!). They have the sweetest staff who are always willing to help!

95% of my closet consists of pieces from Loft. They always have a sale going on and have great quality and super cute clothes. I have been shopping here for years and haven't been disappointed yet!
