I needed a refund on 2 pairs of jeans because dressing rooms aren’t available due to covid . I misplaced the receipt but had proof on my discover bill of purchase . The only thing she would do is exchange . Seeing I had already bought all my kids school clothes and we didn’t particularly care for anything else in the store all I wanted was a refund . The employee refused to give me my money . We will not be back there . If your not gonna allow people to try on clothes before they buy then the return policies need to be changed . She would not even give me a gift card . When you have to buy back to school clothes that can be a lot or receipts to keep up with. Shame on you Children’s place for your poor customer service .

I came to make a payment on my account in store wasn’t sure what time store opened so I checked online and clearly stated store is open at 9am on saturdays on the web page associates didn’t show up till 9:30-9:40am when associate came to floor he stated the general manager said they don’t open till 10 am I got the general managers number from associate to find out why there are no hours posted outside store except for holiday hours and why this store hours are different from what is on the web page. I called general manager and of course no answer. I have been standing outside the store since 8:55am and the associates just now opened the door. This needs to be fixed whether on the webpage or hours times posted on the outside of building.

I give this location 3 stars for the space. It is super crowded and hard to focus on the cute clothes and sale items because you're either in someone else's way or they're in yours. Also, it would be awesome if you guys sold the extended sizes in store. It can be frustrating to order clothing online only to have to bring it to a location in which I have to then reorder again. Other than those few things, the employees are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful. THEY get 5 stars!!
