Stayed here a few times past two years when visiting family in the area. Nice and clean. Quiet and respectful place.nnThey do have a play area for kids, but its small. Wish they had a larger washroom for full-timers needing to wash clothes.nnHas great cell seevice for Sprint/T-Mobile but decent for Verizon.
Very nice and well maintained campground. Stopped here for a night on our way to South Padre. Everything was nicely paved, clean, and accessible. Worked out great for a single night stay and would love to come back to explore some more.
Very nice accommodations but very poorly run. We were there a week and the office was open maybe an hour the entire week. Bathrooms were not cleaned throughout the week. I guess the daughter has taken over from her father and is not running it to the same level.
Neat and tidy, easily accessible campground. Very nice!
Needs some work but an ok place. They have some new construction going on so there is a lot of mud in one of the sections. Spaces are spacious and concrete slab. Pool was very nice.nThe bathrooms/showers were not great. First if all you need a code to use them. When we were there only one if the bathrooms was working so we had to take turns. The showers are not well lit and the stupid heat control knob stuck out too far. Plus, they were kinda dirty. Not the worse I've seen but not great. Location is in town with a busy highway next to it but the noise wasn't so bad. Overall, ok.
