Worst customer service of any pharmacy I have ever used. Need to take a lesson from Chic Fila on how to operate a drive thru. Unfortunately going inside is no better.

I have been using this CVS for prescriptions for several months now and I can definitively state that they have a major problem with employee attitudes among their pharmacy staff. Really rude, nasty people. Why would someone use this pharmacy when there are so many other options? If you like feeling belittled and waiting a really long time for them to do their job, this is the pharmacy for you! Taking my business elsewhere.
Nothing good to say about this pharmacy. I received an urgent text from cvs stating to call the pharmacist immediately due to a medication that I was taken had been recalled. Called pharmacy and was basically told that they didn’t know why I was calling and that they didn’t have a recall on the med. They said that they would look into it and return my call. While I was waiting on a return call, I googled the med and it was recalled by the manufacturer. I did not receive a call back that day so I called them again the next day and was told they were still looking into it and Missy promised she would call back. Never heard from her or anyone from CVS. Called my doctor and switched over to DCA pharmacy. I take a recall on a prescription seriously and this pharmacy does not. This isn’t the only incident that I have had with them. Just fed up.
