I had no stress in the car buying process (I worked with Jeff to purchase a prior car at auction a few years ago and had a great experience then as well, so this is my second go around as a customer :-)).nnAfter a visit to a mechanic shop to find out that my current car's transmission was going out quickly and that it would be an expensive repair (184,000+ miles. I drove about 170,000 of that), I visited Genesis Auto Brokers. I already knew what kind of car I wanted. Jeff sat me down and helped me find some different options out there for the model that were available at auction. He explained what he anticipated each going for as far as sale price goes once he got it at auction, reviewed the Carfax reports for each that I considered, and went through other information provided for each car going at auction. He was very thorough for my needs.nnI ended up getting a 3 year old Ford C-Max Energi hybrid electric that only had about 7,500 miles on it for about $18k after tax. Its in great shape (like new). The guys got it detailed (included in the price). It's riding great.nnThe process took about a week and I got the car. No stress, no gimmicks. Very straight forward.nnGo ahead and utilize these guys!
