DeAnn Art Gallery

Leaving this review for my folks in Oklahoma who purchased a piece for my sister. DeAnn and Lance really took great care of them. Went above and beyond to make sure the painting was shipped in a timely manner. The communication and customer service was above and beyond. My folks really appreciate the quality of the painting and the way they were treated. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. In store and online, this is a wonderful art gallery and people.

I received my artwork this week and I am beyond happy with it! I chose the rugged cross piece to hang in our newly finished basement and it’s going to be perfect. The coloring and detail is amazing! It was so hard to choose because Deann does such beautiful artwork. I may just have to order another one!

My purchasing experience online felt as if I was actually in their store. I had questions regarding my purchase and the response time was quick and efficient. They aim to make the customer happy and desire their purchasing experience to be personal. I definitely felt that. I am so excited to receive my piece and have it hung on my walls. DeAnn, thank you for a piece of art that I am certain will provide encouragement each time I look at it.

I ordered 2 pieces of art for Christmas gifts. They arrived very well packed with no damage. The artwork is just beautiful and I cannot wait to see the look on my loved ones faces when they open them. Deann was quick to respond to any questions I had while placing my order and she followed up with me personally to make sure I was satisfied. I am very pleased with my purchases!

I have loved DeAnn’s art for years. Her art exudes peace and care. I’ve also experienced the same vibe in her space in downtown Franklin. Great staff! Beautiful art! Kind souls!
