We have used Central Plains twice now for different homes. They are always courteous and on-time. They do excellent work and stand behind it with a 10 year warranty. After talking to a couple other different bat removers, it was immediately obvious that Central Plains was the most professional. I feel confident that their 10 year warranty actually means something, and that John and his company will be around to see it through. This is the only company I would recommend for bat removal.
CPBR were very responsive and thorough to our bat remediation.nnThey inspected out churches; found the bats in one and not in the other. Other companies were not as forthcoming!nnThey communicated well; were very timely; and worked with us in a billing issue.nnI'd do business with them again!

John was over the morning after I made my initial call regarding bats. He was able to quickly identify the problem areas and built a fair quote to remove the bats. His knowledge is broad on his profession.nnCentral Plains was very punctual on the date of install. They were literally to my house, install done, and gone in 30 minutes. They also follow up on their work to ensure the problem is gone.nnJohn and his crew are unrivaled in the rodent business and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else.
we are buying a house and had a pest-inspection done on the property from a competing business that was a very bad experience for us as they scheduled a date for us and the day before i called to make sure we are good to go and was tolled that sorry we can not make it how about we move you 4 weeks out. i called lexi and i had everything done and into the bank by noon on the same day. We could not be have asked for any better service. i would recommend anyone to them. THANKS FOR HELPING IN A TIME OF NEED.
