I met with Casey McGee yesterday for the 1st time for rehab after my knee surgery. He was so incredibly helpful in every way. He is very knowledgable, encouraging and patient. He explains each move thoroughly.nI also want to give a shout out to Wahine Vicky and Vicky! They are the initial face of the company and are extremely kind, patient, friendly and very helpful!!! Both deserve to be Directors of 1st Impressions!!!nI sincerely wish that I could have worked with Casey decades ago. I believe I will be able to achieve the best physical health I have ever had because of what he is teaching me now. After living in pain for decades due to scoliosis and other injuries, I feel better today after one therapy than I ever have before. My body feels aligned and he introduced me to a cane which is helping me to learn how to walk correctly. At 59 years of age, I am excited about my future physically.nThank you Casey!!!

Had a shoulder injury that required PT. Casey was professional and knowledgable. He helped me regain full movement with my shoulder but also showed me how to avoid future discomfort. Cross my fingers I don’t need PT again, but if so I’m headed back to Urban. Was less expensive than other spots around town as well.

Have had total knee replacement surgery on both knees done one year apart at the Nashville VA. Oleg was my therapist for the first, and Casey for the second. The therapy was painless for both surgeries, and my results exceeded the Surgeons expectations. I could not be happier with my results. The entire was caring, friendly & courteous, it was always a pleasure to go in.
