I really love this place. I've been having pelvic pain since my surgery 6+ months ago. After my urologist told me that I check out fine and the next step should be physical therapy, I looked into it. Apparently pelvic physical therapy is a thing - I had no idea! I checked out some places in Nashville and found three possibilities. I liked Kerry Becht's website the best because it had a great amount of detail on the pelvic therapy part. I felt better having some idea before I went in. I drive an hour each way to get here, and it is totally worth it - even twice a week! They have good pandemic protocols with wiping everything down, social distancing in the waiting room, etc.nnI see Kacey, and I really feel like she helps me a lot. She's given me exercises at home, but the bulk of what she does in the office is pressure points and tension release to break up scar tissue and other issues. It's uncomfortable because of the tension, but she always checks in to make sure I'm okay. She also is flexible with the PT plan because when one thing showed promise of working, she wanted to repeat and focus on that instead of switching. I like that because she takes my input and feedback to help me feel better. I like providers of any kind who actually listen to me.nnShe has a student working with her, and that has been a bonus - I'm getting two for the price of one! I ask them a lot of questions about what they are doing and why, and they always answer them all patiently. I'm not questioning them, but I'm just naturally curious.nnThe first time I called to schedule an appointment, they were able to get me in the next week and made sure to assign me to someone who specialized in pelvic therapy. The only non-raving things I would say aren't problems. The treatment rooms are a bit tight, but that's more a hindrance to them having to shimmy around the tables than it is for me on the table. Because my insurance has me paying toward my deductible for now, there isn't a set amount I pay with each visit, which is not what I'm used to doing. After looking at my insurance claims, I know I've underpaid a little and will have to settle up at some point. I'm not worried about it as I'm sure once my insurance starts sending things back to them they'll know more about what I should pay. I imagine having a copay is a lot simpler!nnI would definitely recommend this place and Kacey (who does more than pelvic things - another question I asked - ha!) And if any of you are looking for pelvic assistance, Kacey would be a great ally in helping you improve your situation!

Kerry is one of the only PT in TN that is highly knowledgeable of my connective tissue disorder and she has seriously been such a godsend! Unfortunately, my insurance changed networks but during my last visit she made sure that I was more than prepared to continue my therapy at home.

Amanda is incredible. Actually, the entire staff is friendly. It's very clean and I don't mind coming 2x a week for pt. I highly recommend this place

I've been anxious about about an injury I had sustained. Skip the WebMD and anxiety and just go see Kerry Becht, they are great!
