The cosmetic department is completely unprofessional and never answers the phone. I had something come up and had to cancel my appointments and got told to never come back. Not worth your time or money!

THE NIGHT MEDICAL CODING CLASSES ARE TOXIC! As a result, many of the students don't even pass the CPC exam once they finish the courses! Don't waste your money! Remember, this is a night correspondence class & NOT a degree program for medical coding. It really should just be a read-aloud focus group, because that's all the instructors do is read exactly what it says in the book. YOU are smart. Order the books they say you need for the classes & read them yourself. You can do it! One of the teachers doesn't even work as a coder, because she told the students she hates coding & she prefers to teach. She literally failed in the coding field! Do you want her teaching you?! Another teacher is a know-it-all but can't answer challenging coding questions, & she gets angry when she's contradicted. If you insist on taking this nighttime correspondence class, the first thing you will notice is the instructors can't pronounce most of the medical terms in the medical books!! Do yourself a favor and join a reputable online coding class. The online courses are amazing, & you get online support, & you can finish in as little as four months! Much sooner if you pick it up quickly!

I started the ITIM program in May and could not be more pleased. I am learning more than I thought I ever could, and instructors and staff are caring, understanding and helpful. After working for 23 years in various industrial environments, I was ready for a career change. My instructor is very understanding of my situation and does everything possible to assist me in achieving my goal of a career in IT.

This is the worst college I’ve ever heard of. You have teachers that leave for a week whenever they want but God forbid if a student misses a day you get threatened to get suspended. Y’all are a waste of money and time and you don’t even teach anything. Hope you get shut down because you’re the sorriest school I’ve ever seen. Expect a law suit
