I called for a small repair on a pipe, and Mark handled that flawlessly. While he was working on the pipe, Sandro asked if we wanted him to look at anything else while they were there. He ended up scrubbing a calcium deposit out of the toilet and he fixed something else in the toilet (I'm no plumber). I will use again, any time I need.
Mr. Rooter unstopped sewer line cleanout and explained why the problem occurred. Water saver toilets! Must hold flush handles down for up to 5 seconds to flush waste out to city sewer lilne. And lifted tank off toilet and gave us visual of how it empties. First Class Service.
The bar I work at had a serious emergency situation and they came first thing in the morning to make sure we had our buisness up and running before we even opened our front doors. Very professional, very efficient, and so friendly! We will be calling them from here on out.
These tradesmen were very professional, accommodating and thorough. I plan to use them in the near future. I would definitely recommend these gentlemen. If they are an example of the service typical of Mr. Rooter, I would happily recommend them also.
