My wife came here for a evaluation after being involved in a head on major collision and as you can tell by the pictures it was very bad!nnAfter we had misunderstanding ,back & forth a few times about the cost and the incorrect test was done the 1st time, I had to get management involved.nnAfter that was squared away, then that When the therapist James Andy Payne finally started the process, but from the beginning I felt like there was a little bit of animosity still.nnI was there the whole time since I had to translate for my wife because her English is not very well and I could feel the tension in the air already as if we got off to a bad start because of the disagreement with the money from the beginning since I had already got management involved. He wasn’t rude but he also wasn’t pleasant to work with.nnIn my opinion his way Of getting back at us for getting management involved or he needs to go back to training, one of the 2. I live with my wife and I get to see how she struggles every day. She can’t do normal activities. As her husband I get to witness the fact that this accident has totally changed her life and she has not been able to work or do any normal activities she did two years ago since her accident .I was there the whole time of the test and witnessed how she could not even lift 5 pounds of weight with my own eyes she couldn’t even push that 2 handed tool 1 foot across the room. Obviously I’m not a therapist but I live with my wife every day and I can obviously see she can never return back to work and till this day continues to struggle with pain. She can’t stand up for more than 1/2 hour.nnAs her husband that’ spends day in and day out with his wife obviously knows her condition much better than any physical therapist would.I get to witness how she now has to use the Electic wheelchair at Walmart when she never depended on that such thing in the past.nnI’m not sure what Mr. Payne was thinking with all he missed here but obviously need to go back to training. The accident was so severe that My wife has never since been able to drive and is currently in therapy with a psychologist just to be able to cope with being inside of a vehicle.nnDuring the accident my wife broke her right wrist and a couple fingers on her right hand which is her dominant hand. She has also had multiple surgeries and Ben through years of physical therapy to try to restore her right hand with no success.We were also told by a doctor that no other surgery would restore her condition.nnMr. Payne totally ignored the fact that my wife cannot legally drive since by law you have to be able to firmly grip the steering well with two hands and she cannot do that. He cannot prove legally that she can properly drive a vehicle using both hands since one hand is rendered completely non-usable but he forgot to put it in the report also. Her legs were also impacted as they went under the foot pedals. She’s had her feet injected with steroids but still cannot stand the pain. I will refrain from posting pictures of her personal injury’s just to protect her privacy but they are just as drastic if as the vehicle.nnTHIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

The best place in Murfreesboro for physical therapy. Therapist Andy Paine is the best. Highly recommend!

A very friendly informed and concerned group of therapist working for the patients benefit.nEveryone works so well together and the communication among clients, therapist and office staff is great. It’s a joy to participate with such a caring group! My stability has improved considerably and I leave there feeling better and uplifted.
