I just moved from Florida I needed to get my children shot records transferred to Tennessee shot records so they could start school. Everyone there was very nice and didn't wait very long considering how busy they were. It's nice when things are made easier on you during stressful situations!
Workers here are very rude and unprofessional. I waited for almost 2 hours there to be called in for a physical exam for my son. Before the service, I asked them how much today. They said they will tell me afterwards. I told them I dont want the exam anymore since I dont know the price, the lady up front charged me $12 for doing nothing on my son even though the nurse kept repeating she did not do anything on my son yet. I am so upset.
