Our dog loves it here! Not that he told me or anything but he's so excited to go. I appreciate that they will send us pictures of him and keep in touch while we are away as we have only booked them for when we take long trips. The staff is very friendly as well so that helps too. I definitely recommend.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! They started out so promising, of course that was when they first opened, then it ebbed down. First, I paid for the luxury package for my dog to stay a few days and with that package I was supposed to receive photo updates, not once did I receive a picture. When I picked my dog up and asked the reasoning, the girl at the front desk could not give me one so I asked to speak with a Manager and was told that she wasn't there. I asked for the second in charge, an Assistant Manager maybe, nope, not there either. So I left frustrated, but still open minded and hopefully it would get better.nnAfter a few more weeks there was some improvement, I believe they got rid of some employees and moved some people around, but it got better, but then came last week. I dropped my dog off for day play and every employee was on their phone as I looked through the front window, which made me nervous because how am I supposed to trust my dog will be taken care of if they can't get off their phones to watch him? I nervously left him there and when I returned to pick him up, he was favoring his paw. I thought nothing of it, maybe just some over excited jumping, but later that night when I looked at his paw, he had a raw spot on the pad of his paw, like it had been scraped on the hard ground. I was so upset, so I called to speak to a manager and SURPRISE, there wasn't one there. I asked for an Assistant Manager, again, not shocking, there wasn't one there. I hung up and I will never take my dog back.nnMaybe if they would stay off their phones dogs wouldn't get hurt and what kind of business doesn't have a manager or assistant manager there at all times?! How do you run a business like that, who is supposed to help with customer issues or god forbid an animal gets seriously injured and there isn't someone around to direct the situation. I'm not sorry at all, this places needs serious improvement before I would ever consider letting my dog go back.

I took my dog to PetSuites and it was a great experience. I stopped by with my dogs paperwork, and Chole was extremely helpful and nice. She reviewed my paperwork, and said everything looked good. She gave a tour of the facility which is very clean and organized. They have plenty of staff and I know Rick really enjoyed his stay and playing with the other dogs. They are open 7 days a week and you can pickup until 8[m at night which is very helpful. Definitely I would check this place out if you needed boarding for your pet. Very good experience and they even text me and gave me a write up card of how Rick did socializing during group play, if he was eating well, etc.. From my experience everything was top-notch! Go see and ask for Chloe she will help you and explains everything very well!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Pet Suites! 10/10 would recommend! My dog, Pooh is very new to this place but absolutely loves it. When we go in, she literally drags me and tries to rush to the back! I’m very comfortable with leaving my dog in their care! Thank you Pet Suites!

Took my dog here when I had to go out of town for work last minute. Loved the fact that they have a play-time package that you can add so your pet gets out and has some interaction while staying over.nnHowever, I do think that the price per night rate was a bit high at $40 a night per pet. The good news However, is that they do give you a FREE night for your pets first visit.
