My biggest complaint is that the store/stores are not receiving supplies. Their shelves are bare and they tell me that the trucks are not coming. I like shopping direct, not on line, it's disappointing not being able to find the brands/items you need. Gary is the manager at the Antioch TN Petco I shop. He has been making BIG changes for the good of the store The staff seem much more friendly under his management. Overall, I would still recommend Petco for your pets, just get those trucks rolling!

It's just okay. It's not terrible. If you're not getting service it's because they are genuinely busy, Which any grown adult knows Is understandable. Couple rude employees and a couple great employees.nConvenient to my house.nPrice matches accordingly.nThe loss of two stars is for the two rude employees. But I don't see at least one of them lasting very long, considering she likes to huff and puff about getting crickets.nnBut overall an okay store.

I placed an online order. It was readiy for pickup quickly, your employee knew exactly where my items were and she was polite and professional. Keep it up. Great!

Terrible place the mice virus can be avoided my cleaning out the cage and good feeding and some fish are dead and have issues animals are from puppy miles.And employees are rudest people and the goldfish die because of the tank not getting cleaned out and to many fish are in a tank never come here

I like this Petco it's clean they have everything I need for my Rabbit (just hey and bedding). They do a great job grooming my dog. The employees always have a smile and respond while to questions.
