Words cannot express how wonderful and amazing Jasmine was. My husband and I decided to come in last minute and buy 2 green parakeets and she was so kind and thorough. She helped me pick out everything, from the cage, food, wood pellets, water and food holders, down to the little toys and even the hanging bed for them! Her attitude was so down to earth, yet she was fast and proficient. She knew so much information about the birds as well, AND she helped us stay within our budget of $200. Her customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Everyone working in a retail environment should be like her!!

Our # 1 Vet. They have taken care of our current 2 cats and 1 dog. Very caring and when we had an emergency, we were taken care of immediately. God bless the Dr's. And staff.

I love the store. I can find all my pet needs there at a good price. The employees are rude and the one older lady at the register needs to find a different job or something because she is extremely rude has a bad attitude threw my stuff in the cart and acted like i was a bother that i was even in there. I know we are in bad times right now but a smile goes a long way now a days. She needs to practice that.

My puppy, Bruno, graduated from puppy basics at PetSmart! It was a great experience and we learned a lot. We are looking forward to the intermediate level class soon!

Love taking my 3 dogs there for grooming. Just wish it was a little more Cost Friendly.
