Very professional group of guys. Payne went the extra mile for us, came out and gave an estimate on Friday, had my central unit installed by 5 pm Monday afternoon. I highly recommend them.
Company came out in summer and cleaned and adjusted unit. After they left unit would not cool properly. Had to have them back out to correct it. In the fall tech came out to maintenance and check heater. After he left air conditioner wouldn't work and it was before he came. Had to get them back out again. Through dealing with this company
I came home one evening to a very hot house, the thermostat read 85 degrees. I called Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning to come out. They were out within 20 minutes and got me going. Mr. Barry and his team are professional, prompt and well trained. I will not use anyone else, and recommend you use them as well.

Exceptionally outstanding service. These guys are highly trainned in their profession. Robert Reeves was on point, very friendly, informative, and knew what he was doing. These guys dont beat around the bush. He came in seen the issue, and tackled it. And now I have cool fresh air! Signing up for the membership for sure! 5 stars!
